At Madiha Cabs, we strive to provide reliable and timely transportation services. We understand that plans can change, and we aim to handle cancellations and refunds fairly and transparently. Please read our refund policy carefully.
1. Ride Cancellation Policy
a. Customer-Initiated Cancellations
- Free Cancellation: You may cancel your booking up to 1 day before the scheduled pickup time and receive a full refund.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 1 day before the scheduled pickup may not be eligible for a full refund. A cancellation fee may apply depending on the time and location.
- No Show: If the passenger is not present at the pickup location within 15 minutes of the scheduled time without prior notice, the booking will be marked as a “No Show,” and no refund will be issued.
b. Madiha Cabs-Initiated Cancellations
If we are unable to fulfill your booking due to vehicle unavailability, driver issues, or unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued promptly.
2. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.
- Refunds typically take 5–7 business days, depending on your payment provider.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Incorrect details provided by the customer (e.g., wrong pickup address or time).
- Misbehavior or violation of driver instructions by the passenger.
- Delays caused by traffic, weather, or other external factors beyond our control.
4. Modifications
Changes to your ride (such as time, location, or vehicle type) can be requested, and we will do our best to accommodate them. However, such changes are subject to availability and may affect refund eligibility.
